Successfully combining academic and business careers for over 12 years, he has been part of the establishment meetings industry in the region of South East Europe. For a very short time he just focused on  his academic career, and then thanks to the industry support he took over the executive position.

Since then, including last 4 years, he led over 150 bid projects confirmed 60 of them, generating over 45 million euros through destination income. Managed to implement full Congress Ambassador program and Industry partnership program.

In the same time, he is researching and lecturing about meetings industry in one of the best business faculties in the region. Co-chairing ICCA Central European Chapter
